Shipping Policy

DreamCatcher does not offer FedEx delivery to APO addresses or PO Boxes. For all FedEx shipments please provide a physical shipping address.

The cost of shipping is based on the total weight and size of the item(s) ordered.

Please include 24 hr *processing time for Canadian Orders.

U.S. orders received before 1pm allow a 48 hr *processing time and after 1pm 72 hr processing time.

*All Statutory Holidays are not included in processing times as stated above.

U.S. Shipping (Types of Shipping Available for Continental USA):

US MAIL - A guaranteed shipping time frame is not applicable for USPS. All USPS packages are shipped out within 2 business days of order placement (some exceptions may apply).
FedEx GROUND - This shipping option can take between 5 - 7 business days to deliver a package from the day it is shipped.
FedEx 2 Day - This shipping option can take between 2 - 3 business days to deliver a package from the day it is shipped.
FedEx Overnight - this shipping option can take between 1 - 2 business days to deliver a package from the day it is shipped, a signature is required.

U.S. Shipping (Types of Shipping Available for Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico):

US MAIL - A guaranteed shipping time frame is not applicable for USPS. All USPS packages are shipped out within 2 business days of order placement (some exceptions may apply).

Worldwide Shipping (Types of Shipping Available for Overseas):

Unfortunately, the DreamCatcher Games Online Store does not currently offer shipping options outside of North America. Please contact Customer Support for inquiries at 1-888-611-9999.

Canadian Shipping (Types of Shipping Available for Canada):

Regular MAIL (Canada Post) - A guaranteed shipping time frame is not applicable for Regular Mail. Please note that only Strategy & Solution Guides are shipped via Regular Mail within Canada.
Expedited GROUND - This shipping option can take between 5 - 7 business days to deliver a package from the day it is shipped.
FedEx EXPRESS - This shipping option can take between 1- 3 business days to deliver a package from the day it is shipped, a signature is required upon delivery.
