RETURN POLICY AND INSTRUCTIONS

Contact DreamCatcher to submit your return request via email at customer_support@dreamcatchergames.com

1. In order to be eligible for a refund, all customers must provide the following to DreamCatcher within thirty (30) days of purchase:
  • Original receipt or invoice with RA (Return Authorization) number issued by Customer Support
  • Original box containing the game disc(s) to be returned (un-opened and damage-free)
  • Full Name
  • Address, City, Zip Code/Postal Code, Country
  • Telephone Number
  • E-mail Address (if applicable)
  • Order Number / Invoice Number (ie. DC00000)
  • Account Type, Number and Expiry Date (if the purchase was made by credit card)
  • Product Name(s)
  • A brief note describing the reason for the return.
2. The customer assumes responsibility for all shipping costs associated with returning any product(s) to DreamCatcher. Any shipping fees or charges incurred on packages returned without authorization will be charged to the customer. (Please Note: We also recommend using a shipping method that enables you to track your package).

3. Please note that DreamCatcher does not provide refunds or exchanges for games purchased outside of our Online Store.

4. Please ensure that all Return Instructions are followed, so we may process your return promptly.

5. Once the product is received by DreamCatcher, all Return Instructions are followed, and DreamCatcher has deemed you eligible for a refund, you will receive a refund. Refunds can only be applied to Visa, MasterCard, or American Express, and cannot be issued by cash or check. DreamCatcher may also issue you a coupon code, which can be applied to any item in our Online Store.

6. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the reason for your return is due to our error, please contact Customer Support by email customer_support@dreamcatchergames.com.

7. All PC Games require a PC with system specifications which meet or exceed the requirements listed for each PC Game. These specifications are indicated on the product page for each individual title. It is the user’s responsibility to check and confirm that their PC fulfils all System Requirements to run the game. DreamCatcher will not process an exchange or refund for any item where the user's PC does not meet the PC Game's System Requirements. If in doubt about the specifications, please contact Customer Support by email customer_support@dreamcatchergames.com.

DreamCatcher reserves the right to deny any refund request, in its sole discretion.

Note: Once your item for return has been shipped to us please allow up to 3-6 weeks for processing.
